Pros
Safe and solid company with more than 70 years of experience. It overtook the 2008 crisis without any problem. The work environment is enjoyable and young. Thanks to its actual expansion, young people can have the opportunity to fastly grow in the company.
Cons
The company doesn't have any particular individual development plan and employees are not encouraged in reaching new goals, learning and acquiring new competences . Salaries are under the average as well as contractual levels.
