      Good work-life balance with improved morale and culture

      Pros

      Work-life balance is good. Manager is very understanding when situations arise. Work culture and morale has definitely improved from the last couple of years. Lunch program 3 days out of the week. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Location of the head office, wish it was more accessible with a bike. Cycling to work would be a big benefit.
