      Pros

      There are a lot of opportunities for salary increases. If you are willing to put forth a little effort and study for various certifications/tests, you are guaranteed raises, which is a nice perk.

      Cons

      Management is terrible. Lots of turnover because employees are not treated fairly or equally.
