Apparently your experience wasn't in line with the environment we desire to create for every employee. We strive to find the right fit for each of our team members.       Not sure if this is the same feedback as the one above, but I appreciate getting your thoughts. As the CEO, we try to create a great environment, not just good one. I think we achieve it more times than not, but we strive to continually improve our environment. I am proud of Interrupt and the team we have assemble and the clients we are honored to serve. While we strive to be great in all we do, unfortunately your experience didn't meet the great barometer. Hopefully you found a company you aligns with what you believe to be great attributes.       Balanced Work Life

      Pros

      Such a strategic, fun and energetic environment to work within. Everyone genuinely respects one another and enjoys collaborating together. We definitely work hard to create amazing work for our clients, but also play hard! After eight years at Interrupt, I still wake up and go to a job (and group of people) that I love!

      Cons

      In advertising, "fast-paced" is an understatement. The Interrupt team is always on the go and sometimes it goes so quickly, and workload is pretty heavy, that the inevitable stress ensues.
