      -open and direct communication -great DOR and rehab team -easy to use system for tracking PTO, benefits, time management, etc. -all 6 federal holidays are off (you can choose to work if you'd like)

      Cons

      none so far. slow accrual of PTO (but I did start recently...)

      COTA with Interface for 5+ years

      Pros

      Rehab team is staffed by incredible people. Best coworkers anyone could ask for. Interface provides reimbursement for CEU classes. Upper management responds to questions in timely manner.

      Cons

      Raises are not guaranteed. Wages can be stagnant. Some micromanaging which can be frustrating.

      Don’t value loyal therapist

      Great health benefits Great PTO Great Rehab team

      Cons

      Underpaid, will not give therapist salary increase annually, have to request increase. If they do provide a raise, it is below a dollar and will be after years of your last salary increase. Therapist has to travel to other buildings if census is low. Will compensate for mileage during your travel from one build to the next but do you really want to travel elsewhere to do a full day.

      Low starting salary and need to haggle for higher pay instead of offering it as a starting salary.
