Horrible Company To Work For

Pros

I thought the company had potential but I was constantly let down. I cannot offer any pros.

Cons

They get a new CEO almost every year because the owner, Hermano Krebs is very hard to deal with. Poor upper level decisions have caused this company to fail its customers and employees over and over again. Myself and others had felt threatened and bullied on many occasions. Never give raises but offer worthless stock options.

Pros

The concept is a good one: let robots do the repetitive work moving patients around and collect plottable data while they are at it.

Cons

Operatic levels of dysfunction. During my year and a half there, I witnessed 3 people rage quit (including the CEO!) and got "restructured" into my work expectations doubling with no hour expansion, remuneraton, or even a title change.
