      Pros

      One of the most fun, inspiring, and purposeful places to work. Every single day we are working to help help students grow, and to improve the lives of teachers and administrators. There is tons of room for growth, and ideas are regularly accepted and implemented. Great place to work.

      Accelerated growth makes it a demanding and fast-paced environment that is conducive to burn out if you're not careful.

      Pros

      Best company I have worked for! Culture is very friendly and you are encouraged to challenge yourself. Support is given at every level. CEO is approachable and ensures you have what you need to get job done.

      Cons

      We are growing so fast that it is hard to keep up with new employees. But that is a great problem to have.

      They put their employees first. When this happens the effort the employees put into helping customers is truly remarkable. The company is very dedicated to helping the community as well.

      You might gain some weight from all the free food they bring in on a regular basis.
