Intellistocks has a great culture as a whole. This is a company that believes in its employees, and when you believe in your employees, you treat them as an asset and can give an environment that does not feel like work at all. I enjoy my job, and if I ever return to my hometown of Madrid, I hope to be able to continue working with them.

I've been with Intellistocks for five years and am grateful for the opportunity. This culture is so positive and caring, and so many people have gone above and beyond to assist me. The company is genuinely interested in your career and where you want to go. The managers have numerous conversations with you about what motivates you and how they can assist you in achieving your goals. After each research project, Q&A, and all-hands meeting, there is an option to leave feedback, and the feedback is read and action is taken. Intellistocks was one of the first companies to implement a mandatory work-from-home policy as soon as COVID-19 became serious. Our health and safety came first, and I was grateful that our company had the opportunity to make that choice. Since the WFH policy was implemented, our CEO, COO, and SVP have been INCREDIBLE in terms of transparency, being available to us, and communicating with us more than I've ever seen. When I'm at Intellistocks, I feel valued, heard, and like my work matters.
