Intelliflo has a friendly and supportive work culture. The colleagues are helpful, approachable, making it a great environment for learning and collaboration. The company also offers flexibility, which helps maintain a good work-life balance and allows employees to manage their responsibilities effectively.

Cons

As a growing organization, there is always room for improvement in processes and career development opportunities. More structured training and growth plans could further enhance the employee experience.

Hybrid work culture

Pros

-When I joined, the company had an excellent work culture with supportive colleagues and a positive environment. -Great opportunities to learn, grow, and work on challenging projects. -The organization had the potential to be one of the best places to build a career.

Cons

Pros Cons - Some top management people behaved like school teachers, closely watching every employee and keeping track of what they were doing, when they went out, and when they came back and reported to top management. - Even small things like who was laughing or sitting together seemed to be noticed and discussed, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. - Over time, office politics and favoritism appeared to become more influential than merit in career growth and recognition. - It often felt like staying in the good books of top management mattered more than performance and results. - In my experience, many employees seemed hesitant to raise concerns or disagree with leadership due to fears of negative career consequences. - Personal matters sometimes became topics of workplace discussion, which could influence how employees were perceived professionally instead of focusing solely on their work and contributions. - Overall, the company had strong potential, but the management style and workplace politics made the experience challenging.

Great place to work✅

Pros

Intelliflo was once a great place to work. The employees were one of its biggest strengths—supportive, talented, and always willing to help each other. The culture encouraged learning, collaboration, and growth, making it an enjoyable workplace.

Cons

Over time, the culture changed. It started to feel like office politics and being close to senior management mattered more than performance and hard work. Employees should be recognized based on their skills, contributions, and professionalism—not personal relationships. One example was when an employee went on maternity leave. Instead of keeping her Engineering Manager role until she returned or making a temporary arrangement, the role was permanently downgraded to a normal developer position in a team of around 50 people. This gave the impression that management assumed she would not return and reassigned the position to someone else. In situations like maternity leave or even vacations, the company should protect the employee's role and make only temporary adjustments if needed. Another disappointing practice was that higher management repeatedly asked employees to post positive reviews on Glassdoor and LinkedIn. Employees were reminded multiple times, making it feel like they were being pressured to improve the company's public image rather than allowing genuine employee experiences to speak for themselves. Reviews should always be voluntary and honest. Another concern was the lack of respect for employees' privacy. Some people seemed to closely monitor employees' daily activities, such as when they arrived, what they were doing, or even aspects of their personal lives, and report these observations to management even when employees were completing their work and meeting their responsibilities. This created an environment where people felt watched instead of trusted. A healthy workplace should focus on employees' performance and results rather than unnecessary monitoring or personal matters. Despite these concerns, the employees remain one of the best parts of the company. They are talented, supportive, and make it a great place to work. I hope the organization can restore the positive culture it once had, where fairness, merit, trust, transparency, and respect for employees are the foundation of every decision.
