The time I have been with this company has been most enjoyable, and flown by so quickly. Intellek management is highly approachable and supportive and the employees are very welcoming. We have special calendar days designated for open discussions about opportunities and challenges we face. Additionally, we have various days and weeks throughout the year dedicated to team-focused innovation and strategic planning. The work environment places a significant emphasis on collaborating across departments fostering regular connections among employees. This career move has provided opportunities to work with people in other countries and grow so much both professionally and personally. The company’s values and vision are transparently communicated, and employees receive consistent recognition for their contributions. I love the remote work and although my team is spread across countries, with the use of the technology and equipment provided I feel as connected as ever!
Cons
I have not encountered any downsides at this stage of my career with Intellek. If anything I have faced my own challenge with adjusting to various time zones and team member schedules.
