The management team was great. Good honest company to work for.
Cons
fast paced friendly atmosphere.i would rethink the low paying over worked, understaffed day care yout have to over see. Benefits not included, unless ur a co-manager, then you might get monthly bonuses, pay checks with alot of over time are taxed, and check is cut in half.
