People-focused and quality-oriented company
Pros
-Management is very considerate of people working here. People are not just a means to the product, but are cared about and invested in. -I experienced a very positive company management culture (with some minor exceptions that were worked through). There is a high emphasis on safety, communication, honesty, empathy, positivity, and teamwork. -Management is very understandable and will work flexibly with people's personal wants or needs. Family is a high value here. -Very little beuracracy: anyone can talk to anyone. Everyone is a valued and heard member of the team. No one was treated lesser, because of their job title. -Work outside of standard hours was never forced or pressured, but presented as an option. -Management would serve employees by providing drinks, snacks, or sometimes meals. -Space is mostly well laid out, being kept clean and organized. Improvements are consistently made to the process and layout for safety, comfort, and sometimes efficiency.
Cons
-Certain things were promised and either never delivered on or delivered on much later. -Sometimes a lack of patience was shown from supervisors when deadlines were close, problems were experienced, or stakes were high. -Break room can be conjested (also a meeting room)
