      Pros

      CEO is personable and passionate about the contracts he supports. The company is small but supports some really cool things as subs of larger companies. Things that attracted me to them.

      Cons

      Small company equals limited growth. Bad PTO policy. It seems HQ personnel are on PTO/sick leave (counted as same) a LOT, but employee work days/times are monitored closely. Might account for slow/poor response from HR and PM. Very high employee turnover rate.

      We appreciate the feedback and value your time with us. We’ve recently enhanced our leadership and HR teams as part of a broader company restructure. We offer 3–5 weeks of PTO plus 13 paid holidays - including a year-end shutdown, and we’ve made meaningful improvements to internal support and responsiveness. We’re proud of the progress and committed to ongoing growth.
