Pros
It's difficult to say what is being done well, since there have been so many changes - both in staffing and the philosophy of care. This company has the ability to do great things in the trauma space. But needs to focus on defining what quality care and best practice entails.
Cons
They hire experienced leadership who fully understand all aspects of building a strong center, but let them go due to “reorganization”. Inexperienced CEO in role for too long - lost great, highly qualified staff due to her reactive management style. She was so focused on growth that she failed to understand the need, or did not have the skillset, for implementing infrastructure and best practice. Often hired staff who were newly out of treatment, no previous experience in the mental health space. Started new programs - Oxford, Chattanooga, and Eating Disorders Program, without having strong plan or staffing in place. Two of those three have already closed. Dishonesty and "fake promises" of what will be given in the future run rampant.
