Pros

The paycheck is on time the work load is acceptable

Cons

Supervisor's ethic level is a serious concern. Micromanagement issues were not acceptable. Your situation was not determined the quality and value you have contributed, instead, by the personal preference of the management team. The daily work was repetitive and tedious with low dignity. It is not a role of "Officer" at all but simply a service representative. No expertise required neither can you learn any from it. The experience won't do any good to build your skills. The longer you work there, the faster you find yourself getting depreciated in the market.

Pros

Ability to work from home , benefits

Cons

Management likes to pretend that this is a great place to work , it is not . Employees are treated like garbage , talked down to . No raises ever , they claim employees get a yearly bonus - but no one actually gets one EVER . Entire staff is miserable, management doesn’t care. Employees constantly disrespected by management. One manager in particular is as toxic as they come.. Laughs and smiles when upper management around but is rude disrespectful every other time , and seems to have no idea that the entire staff hates her. Many employees planning to leave

Pros

- Friendly coworkers that are willing to help - Hybrid/Remote

Cons

I worked at IFT solutions for 3 years. In my three years with their organization I changed titles 3 times - moving up with responsibilities accordingly . Compensation was always a topic of animosity but from my experience your time and effort will not be paid out accordingly. I was drastically underpaid for the time/travel/effort provided building up their portfolio that is now the business' most successful venture. My thought was that this effort would go noticed and pay off in the long-run. Upon giving my 2 weeks notice - I never received a single call from HR or management and was asked by my manager via email to bring my equipment immediately. No exit-interview, no conversation about where things went astray, just silence. This was quite an eye-opener as I was apart of this portfolio since it's launch - I assumed there could be some constructive and productive feedback that I could provide to management/HR to use accordingly.
