Pros
A great group of people. I got to know Anthony one of the two founders and he is a great person. Very attentive, a great listener and responded quickly any time I needed anything.
Cons
I wish the contract I worked on lasted longer. I was placed for a 3 month initial term and it lasted almost two years.

Pros
I have been working with staffing firms for over 7 years and IA has consistently given me opportunities that match my background while paying me better than many other staffing companies. They don't have the overhead that some of the big companies have, so they are able to make us consultants VERY happy with what we ultimately take home in pay. I have referred a couple of friends and they paid me referral bonuses...does anyone actually get paid from referrals anymore; they paid me!!
Cons
Since they are a smaller company, they don't have all of the schwag (coffee mugs, polos, etc). They take me to lunch though.
