      Pros

      You can get a chance to work in Hong Kong. Company and Management are helpful.

      Cons

      HR is not active. Never completes their work. Always ask for repetitive information. Client is not good, they consider you as a machine. No Work Life Balance.

      1. Growing company, so you can get some good opportunities. 2. Company listens to employees, you can directly talk to higher management if needed. 3. Pay scale might be higher than competitors. 4. Never fires employees. 5. Open to listen your ideas and help in growing the company.

      Cons

      1. Just one big container shipping client, although company is getting more projects from this client. 2. Hong Kong clients are very difficult to work with. They consider you as labors or machines. No appreciations, no chance to promote, no involvement in high level discussions, no matter how much experienced you are, you can't argue. 3. Hong Kong onsite opportunity is getting lesser and lesser now. 4. Company still works like a startup although it's been for years in the market. 5. Client has all the decision power.
