      Pros

      Great workplace with a strong commitment to quality and high standards in biotechnology. Employees who make meaningful contributions are recognized with rewards and opportunities for promotion. CEO and Leadership are generous and supportive. The company has great products and a very good reputation in the industry.

      Cons

      Performance and contribution are visible, Not suitable for people who only want a paycheck without working hard.

      Pros

      There honestly is almost none. Science is decent but you can’t get anywhere cause they won’t pay a dollar for better supplies.

      Cons

      Micromanagement Broke company(or at least they act like it) Borderline abuse(some practices would actually be illegal in California) Low pay Subpar benefits

      None. Everyday was a mess. CEO has no idea how to lead research associates and punishes them for his own lack of ability. I’ve worked many retail, bottom barrel jobs. This one was somehow worse. You will be condescended and micromanaged endlessly

      Cons

      Not one. I dreaded coming to work every single day until I couldn’t take it anymore.
