None at all. False promises, lies and deceitful people in charge. Can't trust any coworkers.

Cons

Everything. Lies, management does not know anything. Owner is a callous surfer who is always looking to con his customers and employees.

Pros

Nice people, world class customers and a leadership team that gives its people enough latitude to utilize their skills. After a couple of tough years due to declined commodity prices, the future looks bright. This has the potential to be a very cool company with strong growth potential.

Cons

Highly competitive market that is still in a downturn creates pressure to be faster. The company is very flexible but that constant changing priorities can cause stress.
