      1. Ok place to start your career if willing to know more technical.

      1. No personal time 2. No clear boundary on the roles and responsibilities. And forced to do all tasks irrespective of your roles and responsibilities 3. Overloaded work. 4. Holds your salary if your reporting is unsatisfied on your performance. May use this as tool to overload you more tasks and responsibilities.
