Remote work. You save time and energy since there’s no commute, and you get to work in the comfort of your own space. Supportive environment. You’re surrounded by people who are understanding, helpful, and encouraging, which makes the work feel lighter. Earning potential. You can hustle whenever you want and boost your take-home pay, giving you more control over your income.

Cons

Lack of structure. The company doesn’t have a well-organized system or documentation, which can sometimes cause confusion. Limited transparency. It would be better if the company were more open in sharing updates and changes so everyone stays well-informed.
