Appalling leadership, not in all departments but in most. Lots of narcissistic leadership traits with ego over mission culture to follow, The job is to try and cover yourself and others from blame as best you can not do good work. Really difficult to get any kind of meaningful conversation going with leadership teams about leadership competencies needed to drive high performance culture. Complete lack of structure or strategy, with finger pointing, nonsense pressure and unrealistic demands.
