Pros
Amazing coworkers, engaging and meaningful projects, and excellent team-building events that create a strong sense of camaraderie.
Cons
Leadership can be chaotic and disorganized—especially one individual in particular. The work environment sometimes felt pressured and stressful. I witnessed and personally experienced behavior that could be considered mobbing, which significantly impacted morale.
