      Pros

      It is so difficult for me to point out the pros. I would say some of the colleagues are nice and helpful.

      Cons

      The worst working environment i have ever seen. Salary is extremely low. Even if there is salary review every year, but 5% increase in salary at most. Totally do not recommend this company to the fresh graduate as the salary is very low. Poor management and the management group is conservative. Keep executing conventional rules.

      Friendly staff and working environment, flexible working hours

      Cons

      Poor and micro management, all power is in one's hand. Low salary and your target would not be changed even the market changes. Turn over rate is high.
