The CEO wasn't very respectful or appreciative of their employees. They don't stay focused and change their investment strategy often which makes it difficult to communicate the plan to administrative personnel. They also spent a lot of time in Microsoft 365 attempting to keep up with one demanding client requests which left other clients' requests falling through the cracks. Tech support or any support for this team took a long time. The company is very top-heavy. If you're young and male, they'll speak to you noticeably different compared to their female counterparts - by that I mean they'll demean you. Most who train are extremely knowledgeable but very hostile which circles back to the difficulty in executing the strategy.
