Pros

They tell you it is a 2-3 year learning curve for new hires but yet new hires are dumped with several accounts after 6 months and expected to cope like everyone else. During the work week you are assigned plenty meetings that take up the time you need to get your daily tasks done As a client rep, it feels like you have several bosses, your client, your team manager, and the owners your constantly given tasks from all of these that will conflict with your time. The client is always right, even if it was their fault you still get the blame. Many of the internal issues with management at the client sites end up becoming your problem (e.g. They replacement person at the clients side has no idea how to do their new job and constantly screws it up and its your responsibility to play babysitter and fix their mistakes every single day or else you get in trouble from management). They have a high turnover rate. The stats might seem low on paper because everyone currently there has been working for 5+ years and they just didnt choose to hire any new personnel for about 3 years, when they start to hire people, alot of them either quit within 6 months or get fired for no reason (e.g this isn't working out, bye). They had to stop hiring people for about 3 years cause they didn't have anymore space in their building to seat new hires for years. Pretty much a dead end job, there is no room for expansion and you will not gain much experience that you will benefit from in another job.

Friendly Co workers. Able to go to events (sporting events) on the company.

Cons

No room for growth. People always in your business. If you are not in the A group you are not important.

Okay pay for what they ask of you.

If you don't let this job take over your life, and If you refuse to let the job stress you out, then they will most likely let you go. When i was hired, they kept throwing out that the average length of employment was 8 years. however, in the department i was in, the average was more accurately 1-2 years or less. The turnover is masked by the other higher level departments, where the pay matches the work a bit better. They seem to have a patient of hire/fire, where they will bring on as many candidates as they can, and then get rid of anyone who doesn't feel just right. I was let go a week or so after a glowing review, with no explanation. This makes me think there were other, possibly unlawful reasons to my termination, although they also seemed very practiced in the art of forcing someone out without a fuss or scene. They were also practiced in unemployment which makes me think this is a very common thing.
