• Top-notch team- efficient, intelligent, talented • Healthy and stable work environment- friendly coworkers, clean office, proper break time/lunch, classic 8-hour work day, weekends off! • Thoroughly invested in employees- willing to hire, train and forgive; most employees have been here for years.
Cons
• Competitive- hard to impress higher-ups/surrounded by high-performers • Clustered- work loads can get intense during certain times of the year
