Lack of Techincal Guidance(No Technical person). No Clarity or vision to grow the company. No Requirement Freezing in the project. No Process inside the company.

Cons
Change in priorities within the management. Poor Resource allocation A whimsical leader running the company according to ones whims, No Organisational Structure, Survival is through Obedience because the management knows it all. I mean everything in the world of business. Thinking like a Fortune 500 is not enough. One should should have the muscle to execute it.
