"everything else, it's like working for the highschool/Jr high bullies, they push you to your limits and then beyond while I was there multiple employees were hurt, from crushed foot to falling down ladders and falling off of stairs and all they did was try to get them to quit, safety was never there and if they had to get involved they literally made it as obvious as possible that they didn't care and wanted them to quit, machines are unsafe and constantly break down and if that wasn't enough you get tossed on the machines without getting any training, they pay is decent but not enough" "Management is always pushing the machines to their limits to increase productivity, which in turn pushed you to your limits."
