Worst company experience – Salary delays, misrepresentation, and poor leadership
InfyStrat is by far the worst company I have ever worked with. Salary payments are never on time. In many cases, salaries are delayed three to four months, and there is no transparency, no accountability, and no proper response from the finance team.
The only reason this company has any decent rating on Glassdoor is because employees are repeatedly pressured by HR to post positive reviews. Earlier, there were many genuine negative reviews, but instead of fixing internal issues, the company chose to mask the reality by encouraging employees to submit positive feedback in order to inflate ratings and continue hiring. New employees are misled by these reviews.
The company does not generate stable revenue, and because of this, employee salaries are held back with excuses like “client payment not received,” “sponsorship issues,” and “budget problems.” These excuses are used repeatedly while employees struggle financially.
Hiring is abrupt, and terminations happen without clear justification. There is no meaningful culture or career growth. The environment encourages unhealthy competition and mistrust among coworkers.
The finance team demonstrates a lack of basic professional etiquette and respect toward employees. Communication is often condescending and dismissive — calls are avoided, follow-ups are ignored, and issues are escalated rather than resolved. Emails reflect a lack of basic employee-handling or conflict-management skills.
Senior leadership shows minimal involvement in escalations, company operations, or employee concerns. While employees struggle to receive their salaries, management appears disengaged from day-to-day operations and revenue building. Promises made verbally are not honored, and there is a clear mismatch between words and actions. Employees are treated well initially but later face blame and neglect.
Notably, leadership becomes responsive only when employees pursue formal or legal escalation routes. At that stage, management presents itself as cooperative and reassuring. However, after such discussions, the experience changes. Employees face indirect pressure, strategic silence, and coordinated efforts aimed at:
• Pushing employees to withdraw complaints
• Intimidating them into silence
• Or planning contract termination
This pattern creates an environment where employees feel threatened for standing up for their basic rights.
There is no leadership accountability. Employees are hired at minimum budgets, and if you ask for an increment or fair compensation, you risk termination. Promises made during hiring are not honored.
Please do not trust the positive reviews blindly. Read carefully and look at older reviews — many reflect the true experience.
Summary: This organization demonstrates chronic cash-flow issues, weak leadership, and misrepresentation of its public image. Trust is consistently broken, and professionalism is lacking.
My strong advice: Do NOT join this company. If you value your time, dignity, and financial stability, stay away.
Final advice to job seekers: Do not rely on the star rating. Read older negative reviews carefully. If you still proceed, ensure every single commitment is documented in writing, including salary dates and payment terms.
