During my time working at this company, I had the displeasure of being under the supervision of an aggressive and uncaring individual. This notorious supervisor seemed to have little regard for the well-being and professional growth of their team members, instead focusing on eroding morale and creating a toxic work environment. It was clear that their management style was not conducive to fostering a positive and productive workplace culture, and it was not uncommon for employees to feel undervalued and unsupported under their leadership. Despite numerous complaints from staff members, this individual showed no interest in changing their ways and continued to exhibit a lack of empathy and concern for those under their supervision.

When you join a company, you expect two things, learning and growth. Both of them were not possible here due to the arrogant attitude and evil nature of the management. They expected employees to work stressful and brutal hours regularly but didn't want them to grow financially or career-wise. It was ridiculous. They chose to avoid the request of employees. I quit, gladly!
