      I love how much this company has looked out for me. They've jumped through some serious hoops to keep me going at work.

      Communication was a little bit lax at first, but they've made significant improvements recently.

      Cons

      My experience working at IMG in Fairfax, VA, was not great. The work environment lacked strong leadership, and communication was often inconsistent. There was little room for growth, and management didn’t seem invested in employee development. Morale among the team was low, and support for employees was minimal. Overall, it wasn’t a positive or fulfilling workplace experience.
