Pros

Some really good people work here.

Cons

Still have poor engineering leadership that they continue to keep. New CTO is a bit concerning, making decisions that he doesn’t understand the full impact. Other orgs don’t know how Product works so difficult to make an impact. Sales team can’t sell.

Pros

Other than remote work, this company has no redeeming qualities.

Cons

Pay is extremely low. Like basically minimum wage. Overtime for hourly employees is strictly monitored and restricted. New CTO is out of touch with reality and will likely move all support and development offshore (if this hasn’t happened already). Management promises salary review and raises but then lays off entires teams afterwards. Engineering is literally one megalomaniacal software engineer who “knows everything” and thinks everyone else is below average intelligence. Mentorship program and culture committee are performative at best and basically useless.
