      A total bunch of negative management, they don’t mind to suck your blood. It’s better to be jobless than joining here

      Cons

      Remove 3 years bond, provide safe environment for employees. Don't treat resource like your slaves. Stop office politics, a Start run company stop your family ego satisfactions. Focus on work rather than focusing on females.
