I had the pleasure of working for Infolytx for almost 2 years, and it was an incredible experience. The team I worked with was talented, dedicated, and always willing to lend a hand. The company culture was positive and inclusive, and I felt valued as an employee. The management team at Infolytx was outstanding. They were supportive and always provided me with the tools and resources I needed to succeed. They were also open to feedback and suggestions, which made me feel like my opinion was valued and heard. Timely salary payment was also a very good aspect of the company. Overall, I would highly recommend Infolytx to anyone looking for a positive and supportive work environment. It was a privilege to work for such a fantastic organization, and I will always be grateful for the experience.
Cons
If someone is not interested to work deeper to produce a very high quality output, this place is difficult for them.

- It will be hard to find another company with such an outstanding culture. - Just ask for it, and you will be given the opportunity to do R&D on something if it's aligned with the company goal. - Best practices for software engineering are adhered to, which advances people's professional development. - Colleagues help each other grow; none will try to steal someone else's credit. - Some very helpful seniors fostered the corporate culture as well as the junior employees.
Cons
- The work culture was severely impacted when the seniors left one by one. It's beyond repair at this stage.(comparing with company's previous cultur) - When the seniors left one by one, it seemed company didn't value their most precious employees. It had a bad impact on the current employees. - Overwhelmed CTO, who has to manage and drive both technical projects of the company and the HR policies. - To fully utilize the engineering team, the CEO was unable to attract enough clients. Engineers require a boost in addition to salary in order to continue working.
