too much to name.
there is no room for growth within this company
they are selling a non-competitive product, in a market that has no money (school districts)
their product, which is essentially just a bunch of poorly made videos with tracking, does not build enough value to compel schools to spend what little money they do have.
the schools and districts who actually do foolishly purchase, find there is no usage of the product - and their precious funds have been wasted.
selling poorly performing software to a business is one thing, but to sell it to schools causes an incredible moral dilemma.
theres no place to go but down.
you could be the top performer for 5 years and never get promoted because the company HAS NOT, and WILL NOT grow.
this is not hyperbole. there are real people in this boat, who have been there for years and are doing the same thing they did when they first started.
if wasting your life away in a cubicle for 40 hrs a week cold calling schools sounds appealing;
having the same exact conversations with principals, spewing out the same stupid jokes,
and collecting your 40k a year until you die is your cup of tea, then THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU.
the only reason i am writing this review is because i felt absolutely COMPELLED to give you the truth. do not believe the cliched platitudes spouted off by the biased.
if youre looking at glassdoor, im already going to assume that you have a smarter-than-average head on your shoulders; in which case i will say-
you have been warned.
