- Flexible working hours - Might be good for a fresh graduate

- Low salaries - Vague organizational structure - No clear progress path - No transparency - Unrealistic expectations from employees with minimal to none support given - No trainings or experience to be earned - A lot of promises from the management with no actions - Irresponsible managers; each employee will have to work his way out on his own - No team spirit; there is almost no social life there, and the management seems to be satisfied about it
