It is divided in 2 layers Upper management = you are ok life is chill, can have food on desk, can do all day gossip still earn more then 90% of employee, do politics , enjoy time, no tension for employee more then 10 years , do meetings and put all work to subordinate without taking any ownership just pass mentos life For fresher 2/3 yoe= life is hell, put your self respect at home, u have to face politics impossible targets after putting your best you never be confident, don’t think u r a human, favouritism at it’s peak , u shld know how to impress your master
