Got to learn a lot in this company and they had really good coding practices

1) Good for freshers.. the company had lots of interesting projects and because of this, fresher will get to learn a lot a long with good coding practices and standards. 2) Less Office politics 3) Good mentors from the seniors

Cons

1) At least when i was working a long time back, the initial salary was a bit less but I am hoping now the salary for freshers has increased
