      Pros

      Good team, Managers and colleagues are easily approachable Great place to work I learned so much, highly recommended I work in is full of genuinely great people and I've been supported at every step. I've had many promotions in the past 5 years and it isn't uncommon to see people being promoted with decent pay rises.

      Cons

      I don't really have any currently. Anytime I felt any issue we discussed and clear that problem on the Spot. *Advice to Management* Keep up the good work and don't let the negative people drive you down!
