      A good organization to work with

      Pros

      - Had a lot of growth during Covid. - Global exposure in most customer facing roles. - The co-founders themselves take interest in making sure that their people outside of India are comfortable. - People in almost all business teams around the world are nice and friendly. - Ethical business practices. - People find ways to collaborate and help each other across borders. - My manager was very friendly

      Cons

      - Too much red tape for an organization that encourages entrepreneurship. - All decisions effectively made in India by people who mistakenly believe they know the market better than the people on the ground. - Support functions, especially the HR teams in India, are overstaffed and with people who do not understand business and couldn't care less.

      Pros

      if you're lucky to work with good people who are teamplayers and know how to do their own jobs and support you - then you are on a winner.

      Cons

      hiring incompetent managers, who only can chase their subordinates for updates, because they do not know how to do their own jobs and rely on others to carry them.
