Pros
The staff learn to lean on one another others are forced to backbite for survival as there jobs are constantly at risk.Unprofessional and no properly skilled management in SA.absolutely horrible,because of the economy situations and desperation people were forced to stick it out,total torture,nightmare.
Cons
my opininion is if you dont do as instructed even if u reasonable,you become a target to be let go.preferential treatment based on favours and not merit and work.Promises not lived up to.toxic is a good word to describe this place.people are afraid and pretend to be happy.This can be confirmed by many people.I pray they have the courage to comment.
