Terrible technology, egotistical, power hungry dictatorship in management, extreme hypocrisy, terrible hours, unrealistic expectations, and finger pointing environment.

Managing partner/COO will make a gun using his hand and simulate firing the gun in your face in anger. The intentions is to create a hostile work environemnt. The COO is not shy about forcing overtime and telling employees to skip lunch. Inroll+ will not pay the required overtime since the employees are all eligible for overtime and a lunch break. Individuals in client services were having an affair while both were married. This has cast a negative work environment. One left for a competitor. The other remains to brags the former is taking away clients. By some estimates 1/3 of the business has left.
