Underpaid no matter what's your experience or skills. Doesn't matter how you do in the projects, they just don't care, Human resources department are only focused about knowing how many hours they need to bill the clients and that's it. Company focus is cashing out by outsourcing you. The more the better, for their pocket, not yours.
Human Resources main communication channel is whatsapp, they will eventually contact you about how many hours you worked for a client for a certain month, the most critical thing for their vision. Very rarely Human Resources contact you through e-mail, unless it's a general communication.
Yearly salary raises are a joke. The raise itself shows no consideration for your work.
