Clara City office very closed to outsiders. Lots of internal politics and petty behavior by Minnesota staff. Communications to outside locations lacked honesty and integrity.

Very poor communication between management and lower workers. Deception and false hope (workers knew our plant was closing for months, but constant denial until the two week notice was given). If you request anything, it can take MONTHS to get an answer, which will usually be no. (Equipment-wise, raises, etc.) They WILL USE you to do jobs that are not part of your job description with no compensation. Lead you on for months about looking into a promotion, etc. and if so, will never give you an answer. They let three people go and I had to do their jobs plus mine without any compensation.
