      It's mostly a comfortable environment to work in

      Cons

      In my opinion its an incredibly disorganized creative process, very poor, awkward leadership and seems to be only one main client so the work is limited.

      Nice staff and some friendly colleagues

      Cons

      Self interested unethical expat management in Shanghai who are not well intregrated into the local market Lack of organisation and structure in the project management process Only a single client to work on Consistently poor treatment of staff and redundancies for 'budget reasons' No vision. Somewhere between an events agency and a 'digital experience' agency which not enough expertise in either area.

      Pros

      Talented people to work with, well catered for regarding software and office environment. Creatively challenged by peers, High quality of creative output. Multi-disciplinary environment, rubbing shoulders with very different skill-sets.

      Cons

      Zero career progression, the review process is a waste if time with nothing coming out if it. Very personality driven. Management talking badly about other colleagues in the open office for all to hear. Very tribal.
