      Pros

      They pay on time, they also give you positive reinforcment.

      Cons

      Micromanagment, they would get upset if you clock in every day at 8:58 when your shift starts at 9:00 AM, that how crazy their mm can be. If you call a diler the dialer and not a web phone they will correct those things. They want to keep record of every step you take.

      Aggressive restructuring of the IT side of the business cause a lot of people to get fired or seek new employment.

      Pros

      A tech company that manages all spectrums that want to enter that world. From beginner to Administrator. They lean heavy in print systems but are learning the curve into the IT world. A top company for the OKC area

      Cons

      They are still trying to discover their place in the tech world. Having been in the business of print to paper for over 60 years. There is a drastic change coming that they are trying to get the hang of. I'm concerned that if they don't take it serious enough in the sales and management they may be left in the dust of the fast paced world of tech.
