      Interesting products but management and board not to be trusted

      Pros

      International presence, very engineering driven, interesting products.

      Cons

      Company does not honor employment contracts. Has led to some legal suits with people I know, but they try to strong arm the employees. Slow to respond to market conditions

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Terrible management, awful training, lack of direction, lack of leadership, unrealistic expectations, lot of finger pointing, cold blooded, you can and will be let go without a single warning.

      Pros

      Not many. The company, while publicly traded, can't get a sense of direction for more than 15 minutes. Senior Mgmt are ineffective. Lots of denial, if you like that kind of environment.

      Cons

      Yet another company where senior/long serving employees ,or even newbies, will be fired with absolutely no warning. Capricious. That's the correct term. No rhyme or reason, no due process, just one day, you aren't needed, have "failed" even though you weren't given any prior feedback. Capricious. That is the most outstanding quality of the head decision maker. The company keeps trying to find its way, and it is not going to, not with the current BOD and "Executive Leadership."
