Pros

You will have very talented, hardworking, and helpful coworkers. Some of the most interesting and multi-talented folks I've met.

Cons

Extremely unstable. In the 2 years I worked here, there was, - 1 major scandal - 3 different creative directors - an entire specialized team was hired and subsequently quit - someone was promoted and then fired within 2 months (mixed signals much?) - the entire cast of employees pretty much changed. CRAZY turnaround, even for an agency. - no performance review given by management. 0 communication.

Pros

Beautiful weather and plenty of parking space available. Also there are a ton of nearby businesses that you can apply to when you realize this is the wrong place to be working at. Playa Vista is hopping. Unfortunately this particular business is not.

Cons

Clueless management. They are constantly dealing with the ramifications of their own mistakes and then wonder why everything is going wrong. Tons of petty rivalries and territoriality on a Neolithic scale. The most successful managers here are the ones who blame their employees for their own failings. Lots of passing the buck goes on here. If you have no morals and middling creative talent then this is the place for you.
