Pros

I really like the culture here as it gives a lot of freedom, but at the same time you’re trusted with responsibility, which helps you grow. I joined as a fresher (Software Engineer Trainee) and over time promoted to a Technical Architect role, so I’ve personally seen how the company supports growth based on performance. In my early days, I had great mentors and a very friendly work environment, which helped shape my career in a positive way. I also got chances to work on different tech stacks and take on new responsibilities, which kept things interesting and helped me learn continuously. One of the biggest positives for me was the opportunity to work with enterprise clients. It really gave me good exposure to quality processes and delivery standards. Also, the timely appreciation I received along the way helped build my confidence. The company does listen to feedback, whether it’s from long timers or newcomers, and tries to act on it whenever possible. Leadership is quite approachable - you can share ideas or concerns with senior folks, including directors and even the CEO. AI learning initiatives, which has been really useful. It’s nice to see that employees who put in extra effort to upskill (along with their regular work) are recognized. Overall, it’s a good place if you’re looking to learn, grow, and build your career.

Cons

Onsite opportunities are there, but I feel the company can do more to create additional opportunities in this area. Also, employee perks could be improved a bit to make them more competitive.
